Lust List #12

Lust List #12 - The Dressed Aesthetic

Valentine’s Day has passed and my birthday is a comin’! I guess that’s the way I justify all of my internet browsing and wishlist building (not that I ever really need an occasion). There’s always a bit of a pause after Christmas, and then the cyber-floodgates open and my favorite sites are all bursting with amazing things! Which means a new monthly Lust List coming fresh to your doorstep.

This month’s Lust List has no particular theme, except for the fact that they’re all items I’ve been swooning over. I have to say, creating virtual wish lists (almost) curbs the need to shop – because at the very least I know where they all are in case I need to visit them. So, in a completely fabricated effort not to buy them, here’s a roundup of the latest pretties that I’ve got my eye on (we’ll see how long I last!):

For My Castle

I have no explanation for why I find this polar bear utterly charming, but I just do!

I haven’t quite joined the Washi-tape party yet, but considering how cute this map washi tape is, I may be pulling on my party hat!

I love vintage elements that also look like they could belong in a lab! These pyrex decanters are combining my two worlds splendidly…

Such a pretty leaf plate – maybe it’ll encourage me to eat more greens?

For My Closet

I just love a watercolor print – this dress looks like it fell out of a Monet painting.

We all know I’m a sucker for a strawberry print, but the sunny yellow ones on this 1950’s dress? Swoon!

The cherry print on this dress is darling, but it’s the flutter sleeves that get me!

I am so completely head over heels in love with this bag (and all of the bags from this shop). I may need to treat myself for my birthday…

I’ve always had an obsession with bags that were likely once meant to be someone’s sofa. This tapestry bag is too cute for words!

This clear vinyl beaded 60’s bag is amazing – I love that it gives you a peak of the contents within.

Ahhhh I just cannot resist beautiful things! Its amazing how I fool myself into believing, “Once I have this dress, I will have enough.” And then I spy another beauty. Ohhhh the lies we tell ourselves.

I am absolutely crazy busy at the moment, so I may be a bit absent on social media for the next week or so. But take comfort in knowing I’m out of sight, but still very much out of my vintage-loving mind.

And what about you lovelies? Anything you plan to scoop up and take home?

xoxo
