With all of this craziness and packing going on in my life, I have to say my mind is definitely on clearing OUT rather than bringing in. Despite my desire to purge, however, my favorite shops keep parading beautiful things across my retinas. And I can’t help but start to get excited about being back in the US and back in the land of free shipping.
To take my mind off of the stress of moving, every so often I’d flop on the couch and scroll through Etsy on my phone. Or switch my mind off for a spell by perusing some of Modcloth’s latest wares. Before I knew it, I had a mini lust list all cued up and ready to go. With Halloween approaching, autumnal things are calling me home.
The need to purge is still there. But let’s face it, it’ll never be stronger than my need to shop…
Autumn, take me away. And make sure I’m wearing this necklace when you do.
I’ve been swooning over this dress for weeks. The golden rose print is perfection…
I love the colors on this forest print dress. Like walking in enchanted woods at sunrise.
Ahhh there are way too many cute children’s handmade Halloween costumes in my feed! This dinosaur one is amazing…
I love the delicate handkerchief print on this box bag.
I always love dressing in theme each Halloween, even if I have to be in the lab. A spooky border print? Yes please!
Doesn’t everyone need a vintage 1960’s leopard cape?? I thought so…
I can never have enough red shoes. Ever.
Every fibre of my being is resisting ‘purchase’ when it comes to this dress. No Kara, you don’t want to have to pack that…. (ohhhhh but I do, I do, I do!)
I have a red apple bag…but a green one????
This vintage hand painted party dress is so hauntingly beautiful…
I have another silhouette of this leaf print dress, and it couldn’t be more perfect to fall into fall.
Because we are at T-minus one week before lift off, it’s very likely going to be a bit more quiet around here. Although I would much rather be sharing outfit photos and twirling around the park with Willie, unfortunately the most stylish thing I’m wearing this week is exhaustion. But, we will soon be back in the US and on our way to finding our new normal.
Have an amazing week everyone! Buy something vintage and tell me about it so I can live vicariously…
