{Favorites}: March Mayhem - The Dressed Aesthetic

As you read this, I am currently in transit. Very likely I’m somewhere over the Pacific, watching a horrible movie I secretly love but would never admit to watching, rugged up in my window seat, trying to get some much needed shut eye. Yes, dear readers, I’m on yet another overseas trip.

Ahough it can definitely get tiring (and I have no desire to see, let alone eat, airplane eggs ever, ever again), I feel very lucky that my job is one that allows me to travel. I do miss being home with my husband and furry dudes (and let’s be honest, my shoes), but there’s something romantic about traveling to far flung destinations, landing somewhere that’s just brimming with opportunity. At least that’s how I’ll see it after a good shower, a non airplane-related meal, and a long Nyquil-induced sleep.

In the meantime, I leave you lovelies with a roundup of some of my favorite outfits from this past month. It’s been yet another busy one that went by in a blur, but such is the way of life lately (for full outfit details, feel free to check out the original post!):

Ahhhh there are just some dresses I can’t ever get enough of! Which is your favorite? Though I’m biased, I think my favorite has to be my homemade Jane Austen dress. She deserves to be put on a special pedestal, with a spotlight and a choir of angels that sing every time you walk near her. And a bodyguard. Because I will cry the house down if anything ever happens to her and I have to make her again…

I hope everyone is having an amazing week – apologies for the brief hiatus, but there is work that must be done. I’m sure I’ll have plenty of details and stories when I return. See you all on the other side!

xoxo
